J.J. Abrams to direct Jimmy Kimmel Live

Yeah, that's not a typo. Lost/Alias/M:I:3 mastermind is going to direct the May 12 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

This isn't a first for Kimmel's show. Quentin Tarantino has directed the show before (and if you ever saw that episode, it was ...surreal). They'll be plenty of guest stars from Abrams TV past and present, including someone from Lost. I also expect to see hatches and smoke monsters and maybe Kimmel jumping off a building or something.
