Last year Karrine Steffans, a woman who has appeared in several rap
videos and starred opposite Vin Diesel in A Man Apart, released a book where she revealed her
intimate moments with famous people such as Diesel, Usher, and Shaquille O'Neal. Despite the outward appearance
of these stud muffins, Steffans claims that the only man who could really rock her world was Bill Maher. Now, in my
infinite cruelty, I would like all of you to stop for a moment and savor the image I just planted in your brain of
Maher making hot, nasty love. That's right, you hate me. Steffans also states, "He made me a better person. I
never expected fidelity and commitment from Bill Maher." I guess we learn new things everyday, huh? Even those
things we really didn't want to know in the first place.

I believe the official term for this woman would be "starfucker." In clinical terms, the actual sex doesn't matter to her that much (though I'm sure there may have been some noticable difference in that area between Shaquille O'Neal and Bill Maher), but rather the fact that she's with a celebrity is what gets her off. Once the sex is over, who among Shaq, Vin Diesel, Usher and Maher do you think is going to be the better conversationalist? Whether you agree or disagree with his politics, Maher is a very smart man and perhaps for once the starfucker looked beyond the star and the fucking and saw a man of some substance that she hadn't encountered before.

Bill Maher is an intelligent, informed man who has the guts to stand up for the injustices of the world. He's also very funny. My husband is a Vietnam veteran. We are active in polites and different causes. If more people were more active in what is going on in their world, like Bill, it would be great.

While I may have problems with Bill Maher, I have a lot more problems with people who hate him because of what they perceive as his political biases and therefore label him "an idiot" because he "has the intellect of all the liberals". He isn't but I have my doubts about people who are so politicised that they label anyone who doesn't share their political bent a moron or an idiot. I see a lot of the qualities that Grant uses to call Maher an idiot ("cant push a subject longer then OH Yeh, because I said so") in some commentators on the Raging Right (like Ann Coulter) but I don't label them idiots - even if I think it may be true.
