I mean, do the judges not remind us every second that (supposedly) "anyone can go home any week and you have to 'bring it' each time like it's the first?"

Well, Kellie has been underwhelming for many weeks now, and more talented contestants have been booted sooner.

I pray each week that Ace gets sent packing so I don't have to look at that icky pout or hear that ear shattering falsetto, but fact is by the "bring it" logic Kellie was THE WORST last nite.

She is so nice to look at, but really, bye bye. She'll show up as Rippa's little sister on the little screen soon anyway. And, hey! some of us LIKE alternative and therefore... you get the idea. Still a Taylor fan, break that harp out on the last night and win big! Kathy sings nice, but belongs on Broadway. Elliot still the best pipes, and keeps improving. I could imagine a Conick-like career there. I like him, but Ace could be leaving soon too.

While Kellie didn't sing well last night, I think the contestants should be graded on their performance for the entire run of the show. Based on the body of work I would send Ace packing.

It is also worth noting that the show is called American "Idol", not American "Great Studio Singer". Call it unfair, silly, or whatever, but being a cute blonde with a hot little body does count for something in the pop music world.

I thought that Ace, Kellie, and Elliott would be the bottom three. I am not too upset to see Ace go, but I was surprised that Chris was in that group tonight. I don't really like Kellie that much. I feel like she knows that people think her "blonde" act is cute, so she fakes it. She is probably the least talented one left in the competition. This is American Idol..it should be judged on singing and how the performer works the crowd. Kellie just isn't the performer type.

i am giving the show one more week.....my son already stopped watching because of the voting.....kellie is up there with paris hilton....send her home.....taylor is a definate entertainer.....he can sing all types of songs.....like kellie clarkson, and runner up clay aiken was the bomb.....he should have been the winner of that season.....well that is just my opinion and i know alot will disagree with me.....freedom of speach...lol

Well, Jimbo, I did leave a little wiggle room for the Ace departure. Could it be that voteForTheWorst web site had some impact? Now, how can Chris grab that top spot back with a great love song? Song choice will be the key now for sure. Does "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" qualify? Maybe Kellie can get lucky with another Patsy Cline/Willie Nelson song. Crazy? What was that web site again?

are you kidding me. I cant believe the country bumpkin is in the top three. She cant sing, that will be proven next week for sure, besides she is not even cute, a butterface. Everything but her face. Narrow eyed freak. Katherine is so much better looking and has a beautiful voice. Paris also does not get enough credit, who cares if she is only 17, the girl can sing. What are you people thinking, im not sure how much longer i can watch this show...,

OK Bob, let's see, how many millions of albums has Rod sold in his career? How many in his American Songbook series? How many Grammies? A lot. Not bad for a guy who can't sing. Good thing you're not his agent, the poor bloke would be out of work.

As for Kellie, wake up and smell the coffee dude she is easy on the eyes H-O-T. Don't much care whether she can sing, or even type for that matter.

Oh, and Kat is gonna be duh winnah, leaving that screaming Chris on the outside looking in, where he should be.

I must be the only one here who's hearing works. How can everyone say Kellie should go because "she's like Paris Hilton". I understand you may be angry but please be honest. That girl has more vocal talent in her little pinky than Ace and Paris put together. She'll be there for the long haul, as will Chris and Taylor (I'm predicting that to be the final 3). Stop for a second and admit it, Kellie has a great voice, great face, and even better body. she's going to be a star whether you all like it or not.

yay! thank you! Ace is finally out! i don't think i could stand seeing his hair one more show. I think Kat is really good, but not for the show. Broadway's more her style. I love Taylor and Elliot. I think Paris is trying to be older than she really is, and she should start acting like a 16 year old girl.

Kelli and Elliot are both wonderful singers. You people who say such negative things about the people still on Idol should grow up. They have earned the right to be there. Kelli is pretty, and she can sing so you ugly people stop hating her. Elliot also has a great voice only when it comes to him people are calling him horrible names because he is not right off the cover of a magazine. You do not like pretty people, and say nasty things about people you do not think are good looking. Sounds really shallow to me. I love American Idol and will watch it until the end. May the best singer win.

America finially got it right.. goodbye and thanks goodness he is gone Ace. But Chris? I am not sure where that came from. I think he will bounce back though. Elliot next one to go, then kelly, then it really is a compitition.
