CSI is teasing us with the diner photo you see above (a much larger version is here, complete with its own magnifying glass). During the program last night, a promo aired that said the clues to the final two episodes are in this photo. Well, I always sucked at Where's Waldo, so I'm seeking out your help.
What clues do you see?

The first thing I noticed is that it's an homage to Edward Hopper's painting "Nighthawks." Though I doubt that's a clue. You can see the painting here http://artchive.com/artchive/H/hopper/nighthwk.jpg.html

There are two bullet holes in the bar, in addition to the one on the back of the body, but the glass on the diner appears to be intact = The man was killed inside, at close range. Of course, this observation doesn't really help solve anything.
I don't think that's Brass slouched over dead in the pic, if only because I don't recall ever seeing him wearing a hat like that.

Besides the dead guy, I see some sort of symbol on Warrick's knee and possibly the same symbol on Gil's left collar.
I have no idea what this means but Gil, Catherine, Sara and the good Doctor are all looking at the camera. Warrick and Nick are looking at the dead guy, and Greg is looking at the Doctor.
And yes, the only cast member listed on their website that isn't in the picture is Brass (dum dum dummmm).

Could very well be Brass dead. Only major character not pictured and it's the right body type. Also Grissoms middle finger seems to have a bandage on it. Maybe he loses it.
Also the neon sign says PLAY.

Warrick doesn't seem to have a wedding ring on his left hand (which I thought he's been wearing all season).

Would make sense for Brass to die... He's the other non-tech, and the real face of the LVPD on the show... Somebody pissed at a case that the CSIs solved would probably go after Brass who heads the investigations (non-forensically).

In the glass window on the door at the back of the bar... is that shimmer of light the outline of someone's face peaking in at the group?
Also... it looks like those are slot machines, but its still a diner or coffee bar since there is obviously salt shakers or sugar/creamer and napkins on the counter.

Wow!... can't believe ya'll missed this. There are two huge ones, which clearly are rather revealing.
Go to the "much larger version" of the pic in the above link. Then place the magnifyling square so that the upper right corner of the magnifier is right between the eyes of Gil(William Petersen).
Am I right or what!?

One thing I noticed is that the person shot, (I'm guessing Brass, but we don't know for sure) is shot in the back. Possibly meaning someone betrayed him? Could it be Greg? He's the one looking away.

I wouldn't call them huge ones, but they do require closer inspection...

Not that it tells much, but there is a big "?" on Greg's shirt.

Brass' character has always kept what hair he has cropped quite short. Not so with the dead guy.

I don't think Sara is looking at the camera. She is looking out the front window.

The dead guy is dressed and positioned exactly like one of the men in "Night Hawks". I doubt that its supposed to be Brass.

It looks like there's something inside Sara's cost pocket; maybe shes hiding something?

Did anyone else notice the maskara running down Sara's face?
And what, if anything, is that thing at the bottom right side of the right window in front of Grissom?

That thing in the bottom right of the main window - is that a stick? And that does look like a face in the window of the back door, but it's hard to see.
I saw that Grissom had something on the middle finger of his right hand but I didn't realize it was a bandage. Sara's mascara does look runny. I noticed that Nick's hair was back to the old look (which I think is better than his current look), but that may be because this promo shot was taken a while ago.

In the dark area between the diner and the strip, there are a cluster of odd blue lights, though that may represent off-strip casinos. Greg is the only one not looking in the general direction of the "camera". It looks like Gil might have a bandage on one of his fingers. It's possible there is no glass on the large window (thought that may just be to give a clearer picture of everyone). There appears to be a second bullet hole (or hole of some sort) on the victims jacket next to the bloody bullet hole. Catherine's Rack is looking fine. Warrick has a woody.
