Um...why wouldn't Pam Anderson play the Pam Aderson role, esecially if DH is going to play the DH role? It isn't as if she is some old hag, for cryin' out loud, like she would be if this movie were being made 25 years after the show went off the air, as is the case when most tv shows become movies.

Jessica Simpson may be a poor actress, but if she is playing Pamela Anderson's character than she fits the part. Pamela Anderson isn't exactly the best actress either. I am pretty sure no one watched Baywatch for good acting.

Whats the big deal? She does what shes good at,
looks good in skimpy clothes. Look at Barbra
Streisand (if you can stomach it), she can sing
a little but is ugly as a mud fence yet some

To many people are being so rude. Dukkes of hazzard was her first movie. Come on no one is good there first time. Give her a break. Theres alot of actors and actress that can't act, but they get better. So people need to quit being so rude.

I think if you have it, go for it !!! She`s beautiful, with a nice body, if I had a body and looks like she does, I would do it to, people just don`t want to admit it, because of jealosy. If I had the chance to make a few million to do it. You better beleive I would. And so would alot of other people !!!!!! THE JEALOSY IN THIS WORLD TODAY IS OUT OF CONTROL. I am a 48 year old women, and if I think someone is goodlooking MALE or FEMALE I have no problem telling them so.

come on people it's only a movie. I never missed Bay Watch and I don't remember seeing any acting. The ladies were there to show off there bodies, with there suits on showing there figures the men were on there to run around with out shirts to show their muscled hairless chest. I will go to the movie, not to see acting just the bouncing boobs, the wife will be there to see the guys enough said

Give Jessica a break! Her role in Dukes was her first and it required her to be ditzy. A few acting classes and I bet we'll see her all over the big screen in more meaningful roles. Go Jessica!!

Who on Baywatch could act? So what if Jessica played Daisy Duke the first time out. FOr the part she did alright in the acting. Pamela Anderson... she has never been hired for her acting nor her verbal communication skills.
