Bob, Stern laughed when he said that he's pissed that all his listeners haven't gone over to Sirius. So, he was kind of half-kidding when he said it. The AP made it look like he was truly angry, going so far as headlining the article about the EW story "Stern lashes out at listeners." Talk about taking things out of context...

I don't know about that. Sure, the article has a (laughs) in the quote, but knowing the way Stern is, you just know he's actually kinda serious about it.
