Brad Pitt will lend his voice to a PBS series about
architecture. The series, called Design: e2, is about environmentally friendly architecture, which is a
passion of his. The producers of the program are over the moon about Pitt coming on board, saying, "His
involvement will allow us to educate more viewers than we had ever hoped about the importance of green
building."Brad's Fight Club buddy, Edward Norton, narrated and even appeared in a PBS series last year called National Geographic's Strange Days on Planet Earth. While it had nothing to do with architecture, it was along the same environmental awareness lines as Pitt's gig.

Brad Pitt's voice has already graced PBS...he was the narrator for the six-part PBS series, "Rx for Survival -- The Global Health Challenge."

Brad is a friend of mine and we both have always been interested in architecture. I recall a time about 25 years ago when we were just boys playing baseball at a diamond in Joplin Missouri he looked at me and said "lets design how we'd build a dome for this field". We ended up designing one of the most elaborate sports complexes that has ever been designed....Of course this was on a notebook in the back of my pick-up so it never came to fruition. Just thought some readers might like to read something about a young brad considering they only here crap any more. I am going to go tease brad about his hair some more....be well all. j
