Wow, I'm not sure I've ever made a point of watching anything on VH1 before :-)

But I'll definitely be watching these. I agree--let's hear it for synergy! Too bad they couldn't have done this sooner.

And too bad CBS still thinks an hour-long scripted drama must involve a dead body.

Maybe Apple should try offering recently cancelled shows on iTunes. The audiences, while not enough for TV, are often in the millions and some gain very loyal fanbases (AD, Firefly, et al).

I've never heard of VH1 (old guy), but my TIVO will be tuned to it next month. This was my wifes favorite show. Typical of CBS to pull a show with brains.

I nearly DIED when I saw the commercial on VH1! they specifically mention that the show was "saved by the fans"!!!! Go us!!!

Last night my 12 year old son came running into the room to tell me "Love Monkey" will run its three previously seen hours on VH1 next week.

I praise VH1 for seeing the show as a contempary/ modern day show that doesn't have to fall to the pressure of close minded critics that thought "Love Monkey" wouldn't make a hit series. VH1 is the perfect outlet for this type show (about music business) and willing to give the show a time slot worthy of the talent in the show.

Thank GOD for VH1 getting on the ball for this one and recognizing the incredibly talented show... now, let's hope the popularity is there, and either VH1 or SOMEONE will pick it back up and let it continue on! What an awesome place to showcase GOOD new music...

This is great news - it would be INCREDIBLE news if VH1 picked it up. Anyone with half a brain knows that great shows, directed at a select audience (um, perhaps those with IQs higher than a moon rock) need time to simmer before really taking off (Seinfeld ring a bell????). Thanks VH1 for truly listening to a small, but loud fan base! Woo Hoo!!!

Good news - kudos to VH1. Wonder what the possibility is of VH1 ordering new episodes? I was so bummed that this cleverly-written, music-themed, smart show was cancelled, presumably to make room for more reality-show crap. Hang in there, Love Monkey!

the songs are most likely buy teddy geiger who plays wayne on the show.
i love this show soooo much. i am so glad it is back at least for a little bit. amazing show and i would love to watch it weekely on vh1, wb, cbs, whatever.

Boo! Hiss! I just read on EOnline that even if Love Monkey finds success on VH1 there will be no new episodes because Tom Cavenaugh has already moved on and has signed a new deal with CBS to do a different show. Guess the fans had more confidence in the show than he did. :(

One of my co-workers was telling me how great this show was but I never got to see it before it was cancelled. I ran across it on VH1 and loved it! I can't believe CBS would cancel this awesome program. Not a good decision. I'm so excited to watch the remainder of the episodes, but I'm very dissappointed to here that Tom Cavenaugh didn't have enough faith in this show to see if it might get picked up by another station. Too bad.

i love the show
and i wish only more shows could be saved by the fans(arrested development and my so called life jsut to name a few that have been lost)
anyways, it has been driving me crazy trying to figure out the song that is playing in the commerical on vh1
anyone have any ideas?
