For its next season, Bravo's Celebrity Poker Showdown gets a new co-host and a new location. In support of
the people affected by Hurricane Katrina, the poker contest will film at Harrah's Casino in New Orleans. The building
was damaged in the hurricane and just reopened in February. All the celebrities involved with be playing for Hurricane
Katrina-related charities. Also, Phil Gordon is out. His
replacement is poker champ Phil Hellmuth. Don't worry, Dave Foley is still the other co-host. No word yet on which
celebs will participate, but I'd love it if they invite Bonnie Hunt back. She was hilarious.Celebrity Poker Showdown hits the road

Once again... I wish I had the Bravo channel. I miss Celebrity Poker Showdown the most. :( I wanted to watch Top Chef too.
Yeah I live in BFE and no clearance for the dish. For some reason all we have is this small podunk cable company.

Hellmuth? Yuck. Of all of the poker Pro's they could pick - they pick a whiny little a*hole to co-host? Yikes. Bad move.

Phil Hellmuth? I can't think of anyone who would be worse to work with Dave Foley than Hell Mouth. Phil Gordon and Foley had an easy chemistry to them - Dave did comedy with Phil as straight man and Phil did Poker with Dave as eager student. It was a great team. Hellmuth is going to spend so much time talking about how great he is that there isn'nt going to be time for commentary or comedy. Hire Annie Duke. Hire her brother Howard Lederer. Hire Doyle Brunson. Hell hire Phil Lahk, but don't hire Hellmuth!

Those are all good suggestions Brent. I'd throw Daniel Negreanu on the list of possible replacements for Gordon as well.
