The initial recap for this episode was almost a complete season recap, which usually means one
hell of a lot of happenings in the episode. Though this episode was much better than last week, it wasn't all that
revealing. In fact, I'd say we have more questions this time. Like, what is going on with Terrence and him breaking
into that house in San Francisco? The clips of Aaron Echolls in the Tinseltown Diaries show was classic. Clash of the Titans! And what a convenience
wedding picture!
It's clear that Beaver is setting Kendall up for a big fall with the real estate, between
the interaction in the elevator to what the teacher later mentions in class about Neptune's incorporation. Beav' will no
doubt sell the property he's buying up to suckers, then leave Kendall to clean up the mess.
Speaking of
Neptune's incorporation, there was mention of a "real police force." I wonder if that's setting up Keith to
head the new department, should the incorporation really happen.
It looks like Logan's legal problems are
on hold for the moment, though I think it has just bought him a little time to figure out who the real killer is.
Someone in the previous episode post had a very interesting theory on
who's responsible for the bus accident. Definitely check it out when you get a chance.
Quote of the
episode: "Dude, your dad's really leaned out in the big house. Probably all those tossed salads, huh?"

Each week I'm reminded how much I love this show and what a shame it is that more people aren't watching it. Hopefully this new network might program it better. BTW... Interesting theory.
As far as theories go, I would think both Keith and Veronica are smart enough to pick up on the fact that Terrance doesn't own that hanger. That tidbit was thrown out there and they both are ignoring it, very odd. At least Keith picked up on the auto detailer and how the bomb material seemed to be a set up.
As far as a real police force, they did reshow the clip of the Mayor asking Keith if he would want to head that up if they incorporated. Funny how that incorporation story line disappeared and then many episodes later is back. Also the whole Kendall planting evidence in Logan/Duncan's apartment... Aaron is getting out of jail!
I liked the highlight for next week where Veronica keeps throwing a beer on the college guy. Classic Veronica!

My Amended answer: I think I know who the killer maybe!
Here is my theory: MizzP talkes about an "outing of all outings", The guy that may have sent the bus over also worked on Dick and Beaver's parents' cars. And we all saw how Dick reacted when the baseball team made jokes about hime being gay. Also Dick's ex-girlfriend turns out to be the lesbian that was black mailing all of the other gays in town. Now me being a gay man myself, growing up it is not uncommon for gay guys to get a lesbian to be his beard ( straight cover) and they would both seem "normal" so that no one would know that they were queer!
Also when they went to the bus park it was Dick that said "Hey the bus stinks lets get a limo." He also talked to and got all of the important 09'ers to come with him, leaving the poor kids and Peter Ferreer (MizzP) on the bus.
We already know that Dick comes from a fucked up family between his mom not wanting Dick or Beaver to interfer with her new family, and their Dad being a lying, theif that has left the country.
Also this is the second "Gay" episode of the year which is way more than they had last season and as we all know nothing on this show is just happenstance.
So, someone that knows Curly (the guy that washed up on the beach with Veronica's name on his hand and what is the deal with the investigation into Curly's death it's like no one even cares or is looking into it) had him send the bus over to protect their sexual secrets. Remeber last season that is why Aaron Echolls killed Lilly Kane in the first place, because he was trying to stay out of jail for having sex with a minor. So it is not totally impossible for someone to want MizzP (Peter Ferreria) dead to keep their bones in the closet. I also believe that Dick and/or possilbly someone else bigger and older had something to do with the bus crash. I mean Dick has been in more episodes that Logan, Weevile, Wallace, Mac, and Jackie. For a side character he sure is getting alot of air time!

Darius: Good theory. I had actually thought Dick might end up being gay during last week's episode as well, but I never made the leap that he might have had a hand in bombing the bus.
Another thing that happened early on in the season that has kind of been forgotten about was the ascention of the principal. At the time, I figured it would be one of those things that we forgot for a while, but came back at the last second to have some signifigance in the overall plot. I guess I'm wrong, or we're in the "still waiting" phase.
VM at its core has always been about the haves and the have nots. This season has gone much farther into exploring along more of those cultural lines, and now getting into sexual orientation is a brave choice, IMHO.
However, I'm more worried about my boy Duncan. This week's episode has proven hands down that my faith in his interest in Hannah was COMPLETELY misplaced. Everyone called me on it, and they were right, and I was wrong (Timestamp that, my friends, I don't usually admit to that). It looks, though, as if his devious ways are coming back to bite him in the rump. I hate it for him, because I agree with Hannah's assessment, that there really is good in him (Why do I feel like Luke in ESB right now?).
Kendall and the Beav... I think we did get some insight as to where that storyline is going. Kendall, as far as I could tell, was stealing hair for her to plant at another location, not actually planting evidence at their place. It looked to me, though, that it was Duncan's bathroom... I guess we're seeing how Teddy Dunn might have to come back for an episode or too.
Where's Mac???? I can't wait until she's a regular next year!

Darius: As Lynn mentioned in the comments of last week's post, Dick's ex-girlfriend (Morgan Sinclaire) was NOT the lesbian who was outting all of the others at Neptune. Two different people.

Mac's in Utah, guesting in Big Love. Well, Tina Majorino is, and it's really odd seeing her in scenes with Amanda Seyfried.
Maybe I need to rewatch it, but I thought Beaver had realised that the property he bought was all outside the incorporation zone - he said the Kane house was on the wrong side of town, didn't he? - and he'd realised that he hadn't been as clever as he thought.
I still think Woody Goodman did it, and he's setting up Terrance to take the fall.

Yeah, but hadn't the question of Incorporation been discussed in that class before?
I noticed his double take, too, but I thought he would have been smarter than that. Is there something else that could have made him think that?
But then if I'm right, that would mean that he knew what he was doing, buying up land that was going to go down the drain just to setup Kendall, which I don't think the Beave would do. He's the good guy. So, I guess you're right. Damn.

Thanks for the input into the theory guys but I think that there are some rally big questions that are being brought up. Also, my theory may need some correcting but I think the overall premis is there.
Soes anyone else see that Woody is being set up very easily for the fall, and this show can not be that simplistic. The obvious is most likely the answer. Remever last season it because so easy to believe for an episode or 2 that it was Logan that killed Lilly, and then it was really easy to believe Duncan did it but they all turned out to be distractions from the real killer. If I were everyone I would keep looking at Terrance, Dick/ Dick's Father , or even the Sheriff.
Something else that has been bothering me is Beaver. He has issues but seems to be too well adjusted. He has a mother that does not want him, a father that never included him in Father/son time and was thought of as the girl out of the 2 boys. He is also a genius when it comes to business as shown by his teachers slid show. What is he setting his Stepmom up for, and what are his real plans with this company? Also why would people invest in a company that they believed was still being run by Mr.Casablancas, a man that lied, cheated and stole from people and then left the country?
