TMZ is reporting that American Idol contestant, and human windmill, Taylor Hicks is planning to
gradually dye some of the grey color out of his hair. They even have a rendition of what he might look like without any grey
at all.I am a little nervous that he might actually do it. Last week, when Ryan Seacrest brought up Taylor's salt-and-pepper hair, Taylor seemed to joke that he might be dying it.
The grey hair definitely makes Taylor look older than his mere 29 years. And, quite frankly, of all Taylor's quirky characteristics, his grey hair is probably the least interesting. But, America votes for people like Taylor because of who they are and not who record companies manufacture them to be. I say, keep the grey!

More and more people are keeping their grey hair instead of dying. No doubt thanks to guys like George Clooney and Anderson Cooper. Instead of dyeing his hair, he should get a decent hairstyle in place of the Beatles mop top he has now.

I think Taylor is very distinct in his grey hair. It's what makes him stand out from others just like his singing and his personality. I also say keep it! He's one of my favorites!

No. Taylor Hicks should NOT get rid of the gray hair. What I like about this show is the fact that everyone is different--not a Hollywood cutout. I'm sick of the music industry taking the individualness out of people and making everyone look alike, act alike, etc.

Taylor Hicks from the beginnig was not one of my favorites, but over the weeks i have begun to be a hugh fan of his gray hair and all, its what makes him stand out and gives him the IT or WOW factor!!

Keep the grey - it is who you are. A color is a color. If it were red would they make you dye it black or if you were blond, should you dye it red? NO! Bucky is the one who should dye his hair - the black roots are not attractive. Taylor should keep the gray and Bucky needs a haircut and then let his natural color grow back in.

Should the one's that have less than perfect teeth get braces?? This is the stupidest question I've ever heard!! Taylor is who he is and I'm real sick of people picking on his hair color. Besides, what does the color of his hair have to do with his talent?? He's one of the BEST (if not THE best) AI contestant there is!! It gets real old when people 'label' others because of their looks. People who do this need to look in the mirror at themselves before judging others!!

It is fascinating how fans expect their 'idols'/'celebrities' to always look the same. It is also fascinating how many folks equate the appearance of youth with beauty. It's no wonder plastic surgeons, beauty spas make so much money off of us as a society. Folks color their hair all the time. I don't care if he dyes his hair purple. He is still Taylor.

for me i love Taylors grey hair,and did not like the black didnt thinck it suited him,but would be curious to see some more of those rendtions with differant colors maybe dirty blond,or something. im not for changing who you are ,or into that plastic surgery. but having some make over fun,can be really exciting ,and alot of fun,so if Taylor does it for that reason!woooo! The color of Taylor's hair has nothing to do with his voice and personality. Taylor only color your hair if it makes you feel better. Personally Taylor is my pick for the next American Idol gray hair or whatever color!!
