Megan Mullally of Will and Grace recently spoke a little more about her
upcoming syndicated talk show, which Bob mentioned back in May. The
actress wants The Megan Mullally Show to be mostly unscripted and spontaneous. She also hopes to create a show
that is comfortable for both the audience and the guests. The show will also have a band, musical numbers, and skits.
Really, it sounds like it's all been done before, but I don't think that matters. The success of these kinds of shows
has always depended on the host, and in the case of Ellen, an audience of women who have simultaneous
screaming orgasms when you show them a vacuum cleaner. If Mullally can pull it off and be likable and engaging, and I
think she can, the show just might work.Megan Mullally talks more about her talk show

Megan is superb. I too wish the show was done with the "karen" character. Karen must never die. Megan is a great talent, and is certainly one of the great ladies of comedy. Lucille Ball would be very proud.

I just really really wish that she would do the show in character (Karen Walker). Really, that's what would make this a huge hit.

If the show was done in the character of Karen Walker from will and grace, it would be insanely popular. I think the market for talk shows has been flooded, and people dont want to see anymore. The show idea almost sounds like SNL but in the daytime. Give us more Karen Walker!

Miss Mullally needs to add the "Karen Walker" character to the show and invite other cast members from Will and Grace. "Karen" is the funniest woman on TV.

Yay! Def. it should be called Karen Walker's show, not Meg Mullally's. Just picture her inviting all the guests and talking to them in her high-pitched voice..( " Oh, honey, change this blouse, u work in an office, not a pirate ship") lol

I agree that she should do the talk show as Karen Walker, with the whole attitude and voice. How funny would it be for her to say to some actress..."and whats this your wearing, did buy it from a blind seamstress or something?" using the finger and everything. I'd watch THAT!!

I think there are enough talk shows.
What we really need is a pork show; and Ms. Mullaly, in her Karen Walker character could certainly rack up.

I disagree - she should definitely do the show as Megan Mullally as she is an outstanding actor, and a terrific person from what I've seen when she's out of character. Since her show will do skits, if NBC, 3 Sisters & KoMut will allow her, it would be great to see her do a Karen Walker skit a few times a week so that neither would get stale. Kudos to her! :)

I think that if she is CARREN WALKER and can bring the funny to her show she will do well. She is the REAL star of Will and Grace. I Wish her much luck and I hope they give her a good time slot. She should do a podcast now about leaving W&G and moving on and answer fan mail.

Megan Mullally is a GODDESS, so talented and versatile and BEAUTIFUL!! She can sing, act, dance, be funny. No need to have Karen Walker overkill all of the time. She will be great as Megan she has LOTS of dedicated fans and she will just gain more by showing off her talents on the new talk show. Good luck Meggy, LOVE YOU! XOXO
