Howard Stern admits to plastic surgery

Howard Stern's ch-ch-ch-changesDuring his show today, Howard Stern admited to his staff and audience that he's had some plastic surgery (he did this as part of a series of staff "Revelations" that he teased from about a month before he left Viacom all the way to Monday. Man's a pro). According to Howard, he had the hump taken out of his nose and some fat sucked out from under his chin.

Anyone who's watched Howard on TV over the years could tell he looked a little different, but couldn't put a finger on it. Now that he's admitted that he's had work done, though, the difference looks a little more stark (but natural). Take a look at the before-and-after pictures above (conveniently provided by the blog CityRag, which has a bigger version). In the picture on the left, Howard looks like a dead ringer for the late Joey Ramone. But on the right, you can tell his nose is a bit straighter and the double chin is gone. I must say, his doctor did a nice job. But how's Howard going to make fun of Joan Rivers now that he's gone under the knife himself?
