What a dick indeed. He never seemed to care about things, just winning. I do not understand this need to have a tough facade. There is being tough, but not a jerk, and then there is him.

I am from Minnesota, so I was cheering for Rebecca.

Randal is a selfish jerk, but i caught what Trump said: 'Okay, I'll leave it that way for tonight." he was taken aback by Randal, but I'll bet he hires Rebecca anyway. at least he'd better. it shows poor character if he does not.

It's ok, he'll take heat for it walking around A.C. I know if I see him when I play at the Taj...I'll make sure to tell him hes a a$$. Jerzey people don't forget quickly. Have fun at your new job...even if you certainly didn't deserve it. Affirmative action at it's best. Blow the last few tasks and still win.

I think Randall did the right thing. How dare Donald Trump put him on the spot and ask him to share his shining moment with another person?! So, the runner up can share the same victory as I worked so hard for. Please!

I found it interesting that Trump questioned Rebecca's loyalty and then Randal impeached his own loyalty at the end. At that moment he was semi-officially a member of the Trump Organization. By choosing to preserve his personal glory rather than improve the company, he showed that he comes before his employer. If Trump had been a little quicker on his feet he should have fired Randal and hired Rebecca instead.

That said, I was strongly in Randal's corner before that moment.

Randall may seem like an asshole, but if they were both hired tonight, and both got a year contract, they'd still be competing in essense.

I am shocked at how selfish Randall became there at the end. I was cheering him on the whole only to have my faith in him crushed at the last minute. With all his 'education' that Trump seemed to be emphasizing, he sure missed the fact that apprentice plural is actually "apprentices" not "apprenti". What a jerk.

Randall showed a definete lack of social skills this evening. He took on a "I am better than anyone" attitude. I felt he totally blew all chances when he forgot to have a plan B. Yahoo ended up donating big big monies so Rebecca was able to raise monies. I think Donald Trump needs to hire Rebecca. She outshined Randall in manners and board room demeanor.

So far, I sounds like I'm in the minority - of us with common sense. Good Job Randall... YOU won -- not 'everybody's a winner crap' .. Mr. Trump made his choice. It should be final. It was the 2-Hour Finale.

I had so much respect for both Randal and Rebecca and had thought, how nice it would be if Mr. Trump would hire both since this season has been full of surprises like firing 4 at one time. I TOTALLY lost my respect for Randal with how he acted tonight and what he did. The mature,smart ,caring man seem to be gone with 2 words, " Your Hired "
Shame on him !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, so I was as taken aback by Randall's selfish, unblinking, door-slam on Rebecca. After all, he won, he's in - there's nothing for him to lose, not even the spotlight. He was "The Apprentice" - he could have said "You can hire her, If I'm the Apprentice and she's the Apprentices' Apprentice." However, wake up Glen (and everyone else), this IS big business, dog eat dog, why would any "star" performer want another "star" performer competing with them. Every star employee spends at least 30-50% of their time at work scheming on how to knock down the closest rising star and put themselves above the rest. We saw it tonight: the classic "fire in the belly" salesman with the need to succeed any anyone's (even his own organization's) expense. It's cold, real-world cold.

To Hart's point, I don't think that just because he offered the job to Randall that has to be it. That it has to be final just like that. He won, he got the job, won the competition and whatever. It wouldn't be taking away from Randall to have Rebecca hired as well. They both wanted different jobs. She certainly made sure to point out that she respected him immensely, and it wouldn't have belittled him to say that he respected her and that she would be a benefit to the Trump organization.

I was at my friends tonight and as the show started and they were talking about how they were both stars. I mentioned that I would place a verbal bet that Trump does another multiple, but multiple hire instead of fire. I gave the odds at a billion to 1, but by the end I think most people thought that was what was going to happen.
Randall will get heat for it, but when you want to be #1 you want to be #1 and he was caught up in that. He'll loose points for that, but I'm hoping you others are right and that Trump does go on to hire Rebecca or she gets a sweet high profile job for CNBC reporting. She would be awesome.

Randall's decision was the final test that Trump put in his laps. He made the right choice and he deserved to be the real Apprentice.

I was rooting for both and I know that Rebecca will shine in her future career.

I've been a "loyal" apprentice fan up until now. For the first time there were actually two candidates that were as exceptional as the first apprentice Bill Rancic. The intrigue for tonight's show was...will Donald as a man running an "empire" need only one star? Or will he do something interesting and reward exceptional talent when it comes in pairs? You can't tell me that Rebecca was a worse apprentice than the Kelly or Kendra.

What is this about the show being called "the apprentice" and how there can only be one winner? Are you out of your over-educated mind, Randal? You're the FOURTH!!!

This was an utter dissapointment as I felt Rebecca and Randal were both stars.

I guess Randal got an extra degree or two in arrogance and selfishness.

There was a comment about being able to see his heart in his eyes...... I think that everyone got a look at his true heart, and his true character.
