A law passed that bans Nancy Grace and Star Jones from television forever.- A great ending for Alias. And by "great ending" I mean Michael Vartan returns, Vaughn isn't dead, Will comes back, and the currently storyline is wrapped up.
- Arrested Development to continue. I don't care how they do it. FOX changing its mind, Showtime picking up the show, syndication, the cast coming over to my living room and performing it for me. Whatever.
- Another law passed, that says that networks can only have one reality show on per year.
- The following shows released on DVD: Kate and Allie, Private Eye, Ed, and The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr.
- The team from Design on a Dime or Divine Design to come over to my apartment and give me a makeover. (But first, I need the team from House Hunters to find me a new apartment.)

My personal list of shows I want to be released on DVD has included Beggars and Choosers, Going to California, Maximum Bob, and Brisco County Jr for years. The good news, for me anyway, is that Season 1 of Beggars and Choosers is supposed to be released in January. It had a release date around the 10th at one point, but that seems to have disappeared. At any rate, it is one to watch out for.

Can we expand that Alias entry to include the return of Spy-Momma Lena Olin and the (extended) return of Sark?

According to "Ask Ausiello" over at Tvguide she (as in Lena Olin) will return, but he doesn't say when. And below the "will Lena return" question is this:
Question: Anything big planned for Alias' 100th episode?
Ausiello: More like huge. I don't know the specifics yet, but I hear producers are pulling out all the stops (read: bringing back all your faves) for the milestone episode, which starts shooting on Feb. 22. Oh, and a little birdie just told me the exact day Michael Vartan's Aussie action flick, Rogue, wraps: Feb. 10. Talk about perfect timing.

How about:
• If a show with a serial-type storyline must be allowed to wrap up its stories if the series is cancelled.

I want Alias to end by the characters going to a reunion and getting on a plane from Australia and the cast of Lost seen in the backgroung in line with them.

That has to be the single most idiotic suggestion for an Alias ending ever Jankava. I think you'd be surprised to learn that a substantial number of Alias fans would find that exact scenario beyond reprehensible. Crossovers as a general rule are neither kosher nor entirely cohesive. Also when you consider that many Alias fans view Lost as the reason for Alias’ downfall, and also earmark Lost as the reason for the abandonment of Alias by JJ Abrams, it is highly unlikely that any tie ins with Lost in an Alias finale would be met with anything other than a great deal of hatred.
I think it not only necessary but an out and out requirement that the two remain separate. The link between the two should remain, always and forever, as the absentee landlord JJ Abrams.
Should those Alias writers see fit to reward the last diehard fans with any sense of loyalty and closure they will bring back the reason why so many people abandoned the show this season, Vartan. They will do so in a plausible way and additionally they should bring back, as has been rumored, Irina, Will and Allison (aka the Francinator / Evil Francie). If that means we get to jump back in time (possibly reinventing the Rambaldi machine as a device of time travel) to the Best Girl Fight Ever at the end of season two and then go from there then so be it.
