FOX pre-empts everything tonight to bring you the Billboard Music Awards from 8pm to 11pm.- ABC has A Charlie Brown Christmas ("Christmas time is heeeeeeeere") at 8, followed by a repeat Commander-in-Chief and a new Boston Legal.
- CBS has a repeat NCIS, a new Amazing Race, and then a brand-spanking new (and I do mean spanking) Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
- Fear Factor returns to NBC at 8, followed by new eps of My Name Is Earl, The Office (both Xmas episodes) and Law and Order: SVU.
- Everything on the WB and UPN is repeated tonight: Gilmore Girls and Supernatural on the WB, and two eps of America's Next Top Model on UPN.
- Also at 8, ABC Family has Tom Arnold in Chasing Christmas.
- AMC has one of my favorite films, To Kill A Mockingbird, at 8.
- HGTV has a new episode of Designed To Sell at 8, followed by a repeat Design Remix, and then new eps of Decorating Cents and Mission: Organization.
- At 9, Food Network has The Gingerbread Championships, followed by $40 A Day, where host Rachael Ray tries to spend that much in NYC during the holidays.
- On Bravo at 9, something called Party Party, where two high school kids plan a big graduation bash. It's followed by the season opener of Queer Eye at 10.
- The Travel Channel has two new eps of John Ratzenberger's Made in America starting at 9. In the first he talks to the people behind a holiday tree company and a Phoenix company decorating the Rose Bowl parade; in the second he's at the Caterpillar Bulldozing Company and Allen Edmonds Shoes.
- On Hallmark at 9, Katharine Hepburn and Henry Winkler star in One Christmas.
- The Sci-Fi Channel has part two of The Triangle. It's on at 9 too.
- At 10 on TBS, it's Daisy Does America.
- Also at 10, on TLC, a new episode of The Adam Carolla Project.
- On the History Channel at 10, a new episode of Modern Marvels.
- And also at 10, FX has a new episode of Nip/Tuck.
