Grey's Anatomy spoiler alert: TWOP is reporting that there is a scene shaping up between Meredith and Dr. Shepherd that could signal the two of them getting back together (a fate which, although it seems necessary to keep the plot a-moving, seems devoid of meaning to me). I know there has to be dramatic tension, but I keep feeling as if there is a smidge bit of finality, what with Meredith headed off to bed a boy at a bar at the end of this week's episode...
But, according to the blacked-out forum posters, Meredith and Derek will be found together in a shower during an upcoming episode. Racy. And evidently lots of ladies are eager to see Patrick Dempsey's behind. (It's not me. I swear.) I just hope that Addison breaks it off first, it would be disappointing if he cheated, next...

God I hope not. I mean, I would NOT like to see them back together. Let's MOVE ON, people! I like Meredith and I like McDreamy, I just don't like them together. And let's not "shipper" Meredith and George either. I'd hate this show to become like ER where everyone's been with everybody. Like they're going through these permutations of who can be with whom next. Stupid. Give me cooky medical cases, cooky dialogue and have them shipper guest stars but no more doctors sleeping with doctors please. I mean, come on we've got Alex/Izzie and Christine and Burke. Enough. Why does everyone need to be coupled.
Also, this is why I actually liked the fact that McDreamy went back to his wife, Satan :D at least it was someone outside the main cast. Now if he could only try make it work and not just do it so that he can make himself feel better before signing those divorce papers.
Stupid.Show.I hate that I love it so much.

It's clear that Derek and Meredeth are bound to become another Ross and Rachel. They get together. They break up. They repeat. By series end, which would be when the residency is over, they've gotten together once and for all and a little baby will be written in, even if it never makes it on screen.
