Prison Break producer Matthew Houbrick, 42, of California, was found dead in his Chicago hotel room Monday of an apparent drug overdose, according to authorities. Houbrick was in Chicago because Prison Break, a Fox show, is filmed at the Joliet Correctional Center, a former prison. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, a white substance, believed to be heroin or cocaine, was also found in Houbrick's room. Houbrick had previously worked on shows including Charmed and 7th Heaven.
UPDATE: Yahoo News reports that Houbrick was a production accountant, not a producer, on Prison Break

I just wish everyone would remember that everyone has thier problems. this man has two sons that are grieving along with other relatives. PLease be considerate of this and keep all this crap off the internet to save the innocence(sp?) of these two boys. I know them and feel their pain. PLEASE WRITE ONLY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS MAN. He had problems and so do YOU. Before you can look at the sliver in another persons eye, get the board out of your own eyes. Mary, a friend of the children.
