WWE Smackdown star Eddie Guerrero was found dead in a Minneapolis hotel room today. He didn't answer his wake up call, so his nephew and hotel security forced themselves into the room and found the wrestler dead. No cause of death is available as of yet.
Guerrero was WWE champion in 2004 and was also the subject of a UPN movie, Cheating Death, Stealing Life: The Eddie Guerrero Story.

I'm honestly really upset about this. I was a huge fan of Eddie's and knew he had had some troubles in his past, but I thought he had overcome his demons. He was a tremendous athlete who continually put it all on the line. He was a tremendous family man who put the needs of his blood over those of his own. He was a tremendous face for the WWE to be able to use. He will be missed.

i am also saddened to see such a great wrestler go. i feel though that his "demons" were not part of his death. i beleave it was that chair shot on smack down that did him in. i feel that was a bit to hard i mean to me it did not look planed

ok, how many people must vince mcMahn kill to fill his pocket...the real demons are the blood thirtsty rich who put poor people like eddie and many other wrestlers in deaths face every single time they step into that ring. McMahn is Satan at works...I mean look at all he recent Pay-per-view titles, NO MERCY, backlash, Judgement Day, Taboo Tuesday, Unforgeiven, it is all about sin, visiousness, evil and pain. BOYCOTT WWE! do not watch!

I am so stricken right now. Words cannot describe how I'm feeling at this particular time. Eddie was one of my favorite wrestlers and when I heard of his passing I thought I was going to die. I cried and I'm still crying. Eddie will be deeply missed by me and my family.
