White Stripes to perform on Daily Show

On December 1, The Daily Show will do something it's never done before. A live execution on the air. Or, they're going to have the White Stripes perform, I forget which one. Anyway, this will mark the first time the show has had a musical guest perform, though Jon Stewart quipped that the show was really holding out for Spandau Ballet. It's going to be incestuous, color-coded rockin' fun for the whole family.

Meh.. Personally, I really wish they weren't going to do this. The reason they've never had a music guest before is because they're not a damn talk show. Or something.. :/

Anyways, if they were going to have a band play, they should actually get a GOOD one, like Ween or Opeth or something.
