Like me, you were probably anxiously awaiting the season premiere episode of Family Guy this coming Sunday. As it so happens, we'll all be seeing a different (but new) episode this Sunday due to several references to hurricanes in the premiere episode. Expect to see the intended premiere episode in a couple of weeks.Family Guy premiere episode delayed

Yeah! Pointless pop culture refrences with obvious gags - what a show! And you know that kind of joke that goes on way to long in an attempt to be funny? Let's do a couple of them in every episode!

The networks need to realize that people the majority of people don't care that there's references to hurricanes in shows. Even those who were displaced by Katrina probably don't give a damn.
The networks need to grow up. They need to realize that trying to be politically correct is a waste of time and money and they should push the envelope since it makes television better for all of us.

come on, it's a freakin' cartoon! i don't know what's worse, that networks have to pull stuff like this because of what people might say, or that fact that there are people that would get so offended over something trivial.

I saw The Simpsons hurricane episode rerun the Friday before it hit. Of course NOLA has hated The Simpsons ever since they called them "Sodom and Gomorrah on the Mississip'".
