In an attempt to start a grassroots promotional effort for the show The Biggest Loser, NBC has contracted with a company called House Parties to find people to host, well, house parties. The idea is that the marketing company was able, through an online survey, to find 1,000 people to throw parties in their homes to watch an advance screening of the show. The hope is that visitors to the parties will start talking about the show and therefore build an even bigger audience. Join a Biggest Loser house party
