Black and hispanic, it took ten years, a spin-off, one bad season and 3000 miles to get an authentic New Yorker who also happens to be black and hispanic. Hey maybe in ten more years we'll see a Hasidic Jew.

The only real thing about Joey meeting a transplanted New Yorker is that New York is a big city and he had this little club with included Chandler. If he were to move west, then Monica would have to come with him along with Phoebe, Rachel, and Ross.
