It's quite a logic step for INXS to boot Brandon because if i were them i wouldn't even consider a guy who doesn't know their songs... they are casting for inxs leader , meaning they want to play their old songs, its not that they're looking for a new singer to go on opposite direction.
And that's the main rason why I think the girls are off too and they just keep it for the audience. Jordis is great, but lead singer of INXS? with all those sexed up songs? it doesn't make any sense (not that in our times it wouldn't be considered normal).
Anyways, if that conspirancy theory that mig is in fact the new leader of INXS he should work more his public image because he seems just too nice guy. Are INXS trying to jump from one lead singer style to the opposite , personality-wise?
Anyways, i think its a great reality so they can keep on fooling us.

I don't think Brandon should be a winner, but he should have stuck around for a bit longer. Suzie was awful last night, I thought, while Brandon did awesome, aside from the lyrics. Besides, if he was too southern rock for INXS (I agree with this, but...), why make him sing a blues-driven song on elimination night?

so michael hutchence was mean asshole...? what are you talking about, 'personality-wise'? from what i've seen and read in interviews, michael hutchence was one of the nicest rock stars out there, not pretentious at all. hell, for a rock band, INXS is pretty clean-cut. i think mig would fit in perfectly.

and really, they should just kick off jessica. i can't believe she's still here.

I love this show and wish the ratings were better so it would have a better chance at returning for a second season. Suzie did such a great job with REM that you knew she was safe... Jessica at some point will go as contestants run out. You could look at INXS giving Brandon a blues-driven song as giving him a chance to show his stuff with an INXS song and the fact that he failed singing an INXS song in his style of singing doomed him. As far as the conspirancy theory goes...it would be hard so far to knock MiG as a front runner (I still crank up his Lola performance every time I check the vids each week). I never thought one of the girls had a serious shot, but Jordis was my female front runner..but Suzie is growing on me each week. Deanna kicked a** this week but she has no chance at all overall (her style/look is just not right) and Jessicas time is running out also. The guys are strong right now...MiG is ahead in my eyes but Marty is right behind him. Ty is strong in third for me and J.D is #1 in his own eyes but after starting strong his style just isn't growing on me. I also think the 10pm time slot might hurt in viewer numbers versus an 8 or 9pm start, who knows...

You have heard of the saying "Opinons are like A-Holes...everybody has one." Clearly the views expressed are just everyones opinions and nothing else. It would be interesting to know how organized each of the candidates are in getting out the vote?

My opinion of last Wednesday. I thought Jessica would have been eliminated before now....but wow...last Wednesday her performance was fantastic. Vocal, stage presence, choreography....you would have thought the song was written for her. The band clearly likes Suzie...they have saved her several times. Last Wednesday she wasn't as good as she has been...but still did well. I'm sort of amazed Brandon lasted this long. He has talent, showmanship, he's good...but he just doesn't fit INXS. He'll pop up somewhere tho....talent will out.
