Reminder: Today is the last day of voting. Don't forget to vote Kaysar back in the Big Brother House! If you want James out of the house, you have to stick him in the hot seat after someone else if vetoed out of the hot seat, because the guy just keeps on winning veto competitions. Of course, last night's competition was a variant of one they've done in previous seasons. Synopsis: Here are X number of The Item (this time candy). You must place a piece of candy in at least two of the (this time) pinatas representing two separate HouseGuests. You can put candy in as many pinatas as you like and you can give each pinata as many pieces of candy as you like. Whichever HouseGuest is closest to 20 pieces of candy without going over wins. If memory serves me correctly, in previous seasons it has played out exactly the same way: the majority of the players over-think the challenge, with only one or two thinking "load up the one we don't want to win," and as a result, the person who everyone least wants to win the veto wins the veto. This week, that was James, who received 18 pieces of candy, after Ivette loaded him up, thinking everyone would be loading him up. Wrong, and the mistake may cost Ivette her seat in the house. Read after the jump for more...
April has become my least favorite HouseGuest. She's always talking smack and lying to both the other HouseGuests and to herself (for example of #1, the episode where she told Janelle that she's always liked her; example #2, the episode where she told everyone that she wasn't really a smoker even though she looked like a chimney). In last night's episode, she volunteered to be James's replacement after the veto should he win it, with the group plan that Sarah would be voted off, but then when she was speaking one on one with Ivette, she started saying that maybe Ivette should go up instead and caused an argument between them. Then she went back to Howie, Rachel, and the Friendship and started highlighting Ivette's friendship with Jason and trying to poison the entire group against Ivette with talk about her being unpredictable and saying that Sarah wasn't a threat. Howie seemed to fall for it too, as he put up Ivette next to Sarah. There's every chance that Ivette will go on Thursday, and I'm not heart-broken about it, as she's, next to April, my least favorite player. It would be rather funny if Ivette got kicked out and Eric came back in and her separation (from her pseudo-replacement-daddy and idolized deity, Cappy) were prolonged.
James and Sarah did a good job of lying to everyone's face on the non-Friendship team, telling them that they never brokered the Howie and Rachel deal / back-stab that landed them in the hot-seats this week. Particularly funny was when Sarah and James retreated to the Gold Room alone after this cascade of lies, Sarah asked James if he did actually swear on the Bible and then started hitting him, saying "Why did you do that? I told you not to talk to people!" and then pointing out that this was all a huge game-mistake on his part. It was good to see her show some backbone for a change.
In any case, I am eager to see what happens on Thursday. Who do you think is out? Ivette or Sarah? Who do you think is back in? Please share in the comments.

i was watching the veto competition, thinking to myself, "are you people STUPID?!?" seriously, all they needed were 2 people who would think "hmmm...if i put a crap load of candy in james' pinata, he will go over 20 pieces." this wasn't rocket science, yet some of the people seemed to think this challenge was some tricky Mensa test question.
i'm sick of ivette, just because she seems really stupid. like she's one of those people who tries to convince people she's smart, yet she's not. and that whole thing with cappy (or as her tie-dyed shirt said, "CAPI") is just too weird. james said it best during a confessional, commenting on the last food competition ("match game") when ivette yelled out for cappy: "just say a word, dumbass"
i think these people are forgetting the whole "partners = bigger prize" thing. the HoH should start getting rid of the partners. if they don't watch out, april and jennifer will fly under that radar and win it. it's funny how sometimes i forget that jennifer is even in the house.
vote for kaysar! i love how maggie talked about how eric was eloquent in his plea to get back into the house...was she watching the same thing i was? because all i saw was a buffoon say "come on, america...roll the dice." what an idiot. he's right next to james, with his t-shirt that said "you can keep them, i'll take sarah."

All I can think over and over is how dumb all of these people are.
First, James and Sarah. Come clean with Howie and Rachel, James, tell them what you told Ivette, and why you did it. "I was NEVER going to put you up, I was outright lying to try to stay in the game." Tell them that you should have come clean right away, and I'm sorry and why the Friendship (oh, how I hate that) are going to boot off Howie and Rachel's ass.
Howie...the only way you win is to take your four to the final four and duke it out from there. If you boot James or Sarah, you better start backing.
Uuuggghhh!
They are dumb, dumb, dumb. Kayser is going to come back and wonder who the hell they screwed things up so badly in just one week.
Do they not see that the "Friendship" will pick their asses off.
UUGGHH!
And then the others and that stupid game. Hey, boneheads, usually your first instinct is right, go with it. Did none of them watch this last year. Hmmm, last year, they all over thought and screwed it up. So this year? Overthink and screw it up again!
Seriously, please, Kayser, come back, so someone worthy wins this game. Come back and talk some sense into those fools.
Jeeze, Howie is dumb. Rachel is smarter, but lacks the people skills to pull it off. Sarah is nice, pretty, sincere, etc., but a bit dim. James is smart, but also lacks the personality to figure out how to get people to do what he wants.
Maggie twists all of them. She is like Eric, but with a brain on her shoulders. April? Bitch. What's the dancer's name? Jennifer? Dumb (but flying low, might make it to the final four, but not the end.)
What's the black guy? Funny, but a sheep. Ivette...shut your mouth, it gives you away (funny though).
Howie? Still dumb. I mean, just dirt eating dumb. Funny as crap, but dumb as dirt.
Whose left? The blond VIP whatever. I thought she was dumb. Then smart. Back to dumb again.
That group needs Kayser back in the worst way. I want him back just to see his frustration when he reailzes how bad the rest of his team messed things up.

I think Janelle said it perfect when she said "What are these people retarded?" when referencing the veto competition. I would like to see Kaysar and James make it to the final two (provided Kaysar is the one to return). Kaysar for his strategy and James for his scratching and clawing to save his ass and keep himself in the game after being nominated 3 times.
I agree that April is getting to be the most annoying. Anyone that can make me feel sympathy for 5 minutes for Ivette really has to grate my nerves. What really annoyed me about her was her holier than thou attitude about James lying when she started to lie to everyone that she never asked Ivette to go up instead of her. I don't know if she ever watched the show before, but every winner has lied or betrayed a fellow houseguest at one point or another.
As I have said before I think James was lying to Ivette when he said he would put Howie and Rachel up. He even mentioned, last night that the "friendship" seemed to omit that once he was safe that he was going after Maggie.
Howie really screwed things up. He should have kept April as the decoy nominee. Now that he blindsided Ivette and if she gets voted off, the friendship loses beau, who will most likely join James and Sarah after feeling betrayed by his own team. Leaving two teams of 3 and a team of 4. The 4th being the returning houseguest.

I want Michael back, just because both Kaysar and Eric have too much of a following and I'd have to listen to all the "Now the balance of power has shifted..." nonsense. I have no idea who Michael is, I only started following the show over the last couple weeks.
Boot Ivette this week. James is already pissed off at everybody and making it known, so he should be able to garner at least a few votes for Ivette with the "If you vote off Sarah I'll make sure you're next" logic.
