Interesting piece in the LA Times Calendar section, about how the pilot episode of Wanted (the new Gary Cole series on TNT) spent a ton of money on the pilot but later episodes seem to have been made for less money. Did the show do a Hollywood bait and switch, where they put everything into the first episode to hook viewers and then ease up on the money and quality? And it seems Wanted isn't the only show that does it.
