Tonight Marty gets the encore. Jessica, Daphna and Heather get chosen as the bottom three (what no J.D.?). Daphna takes on "What You Need" and definitely seems to have lost her rocker edge. Heather sings "By Your Side" slow and sultry. Jessica belts out "Elegantly Wasted." INXS decides to get rid of both Heather and Daphna and save Jessica. Do the math -- the double eliminations were inevitable. The ratings have been horrible and doing one a week would bring the show into the start of the fall season and CBS wouldn't want that. I would guess one of two double eliminations remain.

Hmm...maybe CBS is starting to drop episodes, so INXS has to wrap it up sonner than expected.

I figured they were going to have to get rid of people sooner. I'd hate to think that they are dumping girls, but I can say I think they could at this point do a blanket dump and have just five left. After several nights, you get an idea of what the singers are like.

They have lost me as a viewer. The obvious fact they are focusing on a guy and dumping the girls, plus the fact that JD - well sucks & the attitudes of some members of the band have worn thin. So, since my girl HEATHER is gone .. so am I.
