Stephenie goes back to camp and she's flaming mad. The tribe tries to smooth her ruffled feathers but Stephenie begins to plot. She goes running to Tom and finds no satisfaction. Tom worries that his strong showing in immunity challenges will make him a target. Meanwhile, floundering Stephenie tries to organize a women's alliance. The reward is a Survivor auction where the tribe bids on treats. No-expression Jen finally cracks a smile when she wins a sweet treat. The crowd gets giddy over hamburgers, spaghetti and other familiar favorites as well as letters from home. The immunity challenge involves breaking colored tiles. The horizontal nature of the board means that everyone accidentally breaks each other's tiles. Ian wins when Tom accidentally breaks his last tile. Stephenie looks ready to weep. Katie tries to give the news of an all-female alliance to Caryn but Caryn immediately goes running to Tom who lets the boys know what's happening. In a quick game of telephone, Ian tells Katie that Caryn blabbed. Greg is angry that Stephenie has messed up the plan. At tribal council, Jeff talks about the uptick in plotting at the once-happy family but clearly the family is still strong since Stephenie gets voted out. It doesn't seem like this was the smartest move for a lot of the tribe but time will tell. I still think Stephenie was one of the best Survivor players we've seen in a while. I'm looking forward to seeing the happy family finally unravel and seeing whether Tom is able to convince the tribe that winning immunity challenges doesn't make him a threat.
Next week: Tom feels the heat.

I agree about Stephanie being one of the best players we've seen on Survivor for awhile. Heck...she beat out an entire tribe.
While I actually do like Tom as well, I think it was not the best move for them to keep him last night. If you think about who's gotten immunity before, Tom is the biggest threat and they don't know if they just lost their only opportunity to knock him out.

Tom's a threat, but I see this as Tom and Steph and 1 and 1A .. so they atleast got rid of top dog. The girls made the error last night, they're chance to was to go 4-3 over the guys and give them a fighting chance - where most likely Steph would wipe the floor with them. The problem is these people have won so much they haven't had to use any strategy at this point. Caryn's an idoit, if somebody comes to you and says, like Tom did, we have 5 tight and you'll be our six.. why would you ever do that? If it's down to 6, who do you think is going first? You dumbass. This is what made Rob so good on allstars, he went in with a strategy and never lost sight of it.
Steph is right up there with all time surviours, but Rupert's run was pretty good too (not allstars)
