Maybe all is not well on Wisteria Lane after all. Sure, they're all chummy chummy during interviews and walking the red carpet, but when push comes to shove (in this case, push being Teri Hatcher and shove being Marcia Cross), it's a battle of egos and attention-grabbing. The gals were doing a photo shoot for Vanity Fair, and Cross got upset that Hatcher was in the center of the photos again. Hatcher is always getting all the press (she's arguably the "name" in the cast), and it looks like Cross and other cast members might be getting sick of it. (Cover photo after the jump!)

After seeing Hatcher's position in front of the pool, Cross reportedly said, "Get your bleeping bleep over here now and do your bleeping job,'' and longtime fans of the word "bleep" instantly know what she really said. She later added "I don't care if it's a bleeping closed set! You get him over here," referring to her rep. Sure, this could all just be publicity, but who doesn't like a good catfight involving beautiful women in bathing suits? I'm sure that official statements will be issued later this week saying that everything is okey-dokey with the cast.

This is the best show on TV right now, so why wouldn't there be a cat fight? Did they expect the 5 of them to get along for a whole season?

I love the show but don't quite understand why Teri got the Globe. Marcia Cross' Bree van de Kamp is one of the most fully developed, brilliantly executed characters I've seen in a long time.

I think when the show first started, they expected a lot more on Teri than the others to get the show up and going. Sure all of the other except Eva were or are famous but think back when the show started, you could sell anything with Teri. Marcia is a little strange looking if you ask me. Her character makes her sexy now but back when she was doing Melrose Place, I thought she was butt ugly.

FX Watcher,
I, too, have a hard time forgetting Kimberly on Melrose Place. Man, was she scary! I keep thinking that personality is going to come out some time in Bree. Hey, might make for some good television!
